About this project
The Waterford Estates home has several unique features. It will be a "Certified Green Built" home and include a "Healthy Home" package. Both features provide reduced utility bills and maintenance costs over conventional construction. They also reduce impact on the natural environment. The home will be a 1,702 sq. ft. ranch style with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open floor plan features a split bedroom design. The countertops are Cambria Stone in the kitchen and solid surface with integrated sinks in both baths. Although the basement is unfinished there is a rough-in for a future wet bar and egress windows for two additional future bedrooms.
